產(chǎn)品描述

The product is prepared in conformance with cGMP.

The proprietary process utilises 9-12 day eggs collected from registered flocks and found to be free from clinical signs of notifiable diseases.

It is processed as a 50% w/v extract in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline. 100IU/ml Penicillin,100μg/ml Streptomycin and 2.5μg/ml Amphotericin are added as an additional safeguard.

Statistical samples representative of the batch are tested in agreement with cGLP to validate the product as being consistent with the designed quality standards of reliability and stability.
Typically used at a concentration of 0.1% to 2% in cell culture.


產(chǎn)品用途

1、Thaw the product overnight at 4°C and then bring to room temperature.
2、Use a 0.2um filtered ultra-purified water, and add to vials using a 10mL syringe with a hypodermic needle. Allow water to be draw in by vacuum.
3、Place samples on their sides and mix using an orbital shaker set at 150rpm at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4、To filter, use sterile gauze if necessary, then a 0.45um filter, then finally use a 0.2um filter.


注意事項(xiàng)

用10毫升無菌組織培養(yǎng)級(jí)水重新配制凍干產(chǎn)品。攪拌混合。如果出現(xiàn)沉淀物,在冷卻條件下繼續(xù)攪拌數(shù)小時(shí)/一夜或超聲處理,簡(jiǎn)要使用超聲波水浴。然后,在3000 x g下離心10分鐘,并移除顆粒。之后重組凍干產(chǎn)品必須通過0.2µm過濾器過濾,以保持無菌。復(fù)原后,在4°C下儲(chǔ)存以供立即使用,或等份加入工作體積,并在-20至-10°C長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存,最大限度地減少凍融循環(huán)解凍時(shí)可觀察到蛋白質(zhì)沉淀。為了消除這種情況,可以在3000×g的條件下離心10分鐘。
